A Study on the Effectiveness of Anti Cellulite Cream
An anti cellulite cream contains several active ingredients, such as antioxidants and vasodilators that can shrink fat cells and loosen fibrous bands between them. In this case, the cream makes cells spread sideways instead of bulging out. Clinicians and dermatologists have different points of view in relation with anti cellulite cream. A theoretical study of a double blinded randomized trial was conducted to address the issue. The study Twenty women with a moderate level of cellulite on their thighs were participated in the study. The study took four weeks and a double blind randomized trial was used. It focused on the effects of anti cellulite cream when it was applied to affected sites on a nightly basis. A few women were randomly chosen to use a neoprene garment on one leg as well. Then before and after photographs were taken from various angles using a high quality digital photography. The results Seventeen women completed the study and seventy-six percent showed a progress in cellulite reduction. It was also found that fifty-four percent of the women who used the neoprene garment had an even greater rate of progress on their thighs. Further analysis by dermatologist showed that fifty-nine percent of treated legs had a progress with a garment while sixty-five percent had a progress with the garment. It was concluded that the anti cellulite cream used in the study was efficient to reduce the appearance of cellulite. In addition, the effect of the anti cellulite cream was improved with the neoprene garment. Dermatologists involved in the study stated that the results authenticate claimed that the neoprene garment can contribute to cellulite reduction along with an anti cellulite cream. However, no one claimed the validity of the study and government has issued some arguments especially since the study was conducted by the manufacturers of anti cellulite cream. The study did not mention any specific brand name involved and thus it can be considered that both the study and government arguments have valid points when it comes to the end results. Therefore, when you want to use an anti cellulite cream, you should consider the ingredients of individual brands and how they work to reduce the appearance of cellulite. If you find an anti cellulite cream brand that can indeed reduce your cellulite, then you should stick with the product. You should understand that an anti cellulite cream is not a permanent solution since it only fixes the problem on the surface. Permanent solution normally involves changes in your lifestyle, such as proper diet and exercise.
